Over the course of her career, Marcela has worked across universities, pathway education and international education businesses, including Oxford Royale Academy, Regent’s University London, Kaplan International Pathways, Study Group and more.
Working directly with students, families, agents, schools, universities and commercial teams has given her a close understanding of both sides of the education and talent equation: what people expect, how they make decisions, where experiences fall short and what organisations need to do differently to stay relevant.
